We offer a bureau type service for brokers whose small volumes do not justify the full expense of software and its ongoing maintenance costs. It covers both imports and exports. For imports we charge $35 per entry including EDI plus $2.50 per line after the first five. Exports are $20.

We supply all software which is set up at the brokers address. Jobs are created in this software and emailed to our site, for validation, lodgement with NZ Customs and return with GST and duty for cash clients being debited to our BDP account. The process is automated so that the customs response is emailed to you immediately we receive it.

ALL DOCUMENTS including the IMPORT ENTRY are PRINTED in YOUR NAME.

The software will enable you to print or email your cartage instructions to your carrier and print the import entry and or a landed cost report. A debtors/ creditorss module can be included at a cost.

You have no exposure to Customs penalties or professional indemnity claims from clients as we become the declarent to customs. We charge you only pay $250 per annum for PI cover.
